I would like to thank everyone who came out to our sale this weekend we had a great time. I would like to also encourage all of our customers to sign up for our new rewards program "Perkville". The great thing about this program once you sign up you automatically get the rewards, no punch cards or card swiping just log in sign up and your set to earn 2.5% of purchases with additional bonuses available.          Just wanted to let everyone know that we still haven't had any luck finding Maggie. We are holding out hope that her microchip may get scanned and bring her home.
         This is a great time to bring your bike in for a spring tune-up. Our shop has not been swamped yet so you can have your bike back and ready for the summer in no time.
         We have been very busy this winter refining internal systems to better serve our customers. Hopefully our efforts will be reflected in the improved service we provide our clients. We will continue rolling out innovative services for our customers throughout the summer. Please keep an eye on this blog and our facebook page for announcements to come.

        We are going to be attending the bike advocacy meeting at 30-30 coffee house on Feb. 25 at 6:00pm if anybody is interested in promoting cycling in Peoria this is a great place to start. The meeting is to try and organize a citywide bicycle awareness month in June. There is power in numbers.

1.       Got some good second hand fitness equipment if anyone is looking for a good deal on getting in shape this spring. 
2.        We have some great deals on a variety of road bikes (mostly Felts and Specialized) so feel free to come in a try them out you may end up with a great deal on a new ride. 
3.        We are planning to get one or two morning weekday rides together this spring. If you are interested email me at jbousky@illinoiscycle.net and we will keep you up to date.

        Hope to see everyone at the Apollo theater Friday night, should be a good time. Always good to support the  local bike community.  We are planning on having some swagg to hand out.
